Hello fellow Sim-aholics! This update today is going to be a lot of pictures! I just got so carried away with taking random cutesy-wutesy pictures of the Comptons, that I just have to share them all with you. And thank you so much to Catootje and Jessica for your constant support! Now, on with the update!

This round of playing the Comptons accomplished so much! Just wait till you hear it all! First off, Joel was promoted to the top of his teen career track and became an Over-Achiever, which made both his parent super proud (and platinum!). He became a Team Mascot making $125 a day with a bonus of $250. He’s a long way from achieving his dream of being a Hall of Famer, but I just know he’ll make it some day! Isn’t he so adorable in his uniform? Is it just me, or does he look a little unhappy?

Once again, thanks for the comments! It really encourages me to see others enjoying my stories! Catootje, you’re right, I don’t use elixirs. Mostly because I wanted to free up more room in the house for new generations, and also because Wendy and Neil had both already achieved their Lifetime Want. Now, if an elder is about to die, but hasn’t achieved their lifetime want yet, I’ll most likely use an elixir. But all sims have to go eventually! Lol.

So, last update my legacy founder and spouse both passed away leaving two beautiful platinum graves! Generation 3 arrived and now has a total of 3 people that make up generation 3: Joel, Tucker, and Ian. Kirby, the 2nd generation heir, married the gardener Leo Deppiesse. And her twin sister Ginny married a co-worker named Komei Tellerman. So, on with this update!

First off I started by refurnishing 3 of the rooms in the Compton Estate. Kirby’s sons, Joel and Tucker, were growing up nicely. Joel transitioned into a teenager and became a Romance sim with a lifetime want to Become a Hall of Famer. I figured since he was a teenager and the 3rd generation heir, he deserved his own room. So, I changed Wendy and Neil’s old bedroom into a hip new spot for Joel and his friends to hang out.

Hi everyone! This update today is going to be a huge one! I’ve spent almost all day playing my Legacy Family, and now I have tons of pictures and tons of excitement to share with you! And Shana, thanks for the comment on my last update! I’m so glad you enjoy my challenge so far, and I hope you know how much I LOVE your Royal Kingdom Challenge! So, I’ll try not to talk too much in this update because I have a bunch of pictures! So, I’ll try to let them do the talking! I hope you all have a great weekend!

If you remember from my last update, somehow my legacy lot got a bug that wouldn’t let NPCs come over to the house. So, I packed them up and moved them to a new lot and built them a new house. I like this house much better than the last one I built for them on that old lot. Here’s the new Compton Estate:

Hello again! I’m not sure if everyone goes back and reads the comments on previous entries, so I figured I’d respond to the comments at the beginning of each new entry! So, Catootje, I see what you mean about those dream dates! I’ve been using them now quite a bit to boost everyone into platinum. Great idea and thanks for the comment!

Ok, so last update I told ya that I wanted to buy new clothes for the twins. Clothes that fit their personalities and aspirations better. So, after Wendy and Neil got yet another promotion (to Freelance Photographers making $788 a day and a bonus of $1,576 each!), I had the girls buy some clothes! Here they are in there new outfits. Kirby is in the pink and Ginny is in the blue.

Hey there everyone! Thank you so much for the comments you left on my last update! I’m so happy people are reading and enjoying the lives of my Simmies, just like me! So, without further ado, here’s the next update!

Last time we left off right after Kirby and Ginny, the 2nd generation twins, grew up into children. I finally got around to giving them makeovers. They are the cutest girls, and I wanted them to stay identical twins for their childhood just because the pictures of them are cuter that way! Lol. They’re not exactly identical, but you have to look really hard at their facial features to tell the difference. Kirby takes after Wendy a little bit more, and poor Ginny inherited Neil’s long nose. But they’re still as cute as a button! Here they are post-makeover. Kirby is the one with the bear shirt on, and Ginny is in the flower shirt. The family didn’t have enough money to buy them new clothes, so they are doomed to stay in these until they become teenagers!

All right! So, I read up on the Legacy Challenge rules and then sat down to play! I must say that I am super excited to be doing this challenge. I’ve never done anything so formal with the game! It’s gonna be tons of fun! So, let’s get started!

First, I made my Founder. Her name is Wendy Compton. She is a beautiful brown haired, blue eyed female and she’s ready to start her legacy! Wendy is a Pleasure sim with a lifetime want of becoming a Professional Party Guest. She is a Cancer with a 4-5-6-4-6 personality so she’s pretty well balanced. Her turn-ons are blond hair and fitness, and her turn-off is full face makeup.

Hello! I’m Ashley and I’m new to the Sims 2 blogging community! I’ve been reading some really great blogs lately like Greetings from Mt. Geneva , Mayfield: A Saga , and Ver Bannt Legacy and of course many others too. I’ve been playing the sims ever since the very first Sims 1 game came out, and I still love it just the same! Probably more actually! So, reading all of these blogs out here have really inspired me to try one out for myself! I fell in love with everyone’s Legacy Challenge, and it really sounds like a fun idea. I’m sure you all are sick and tired of hearing more Legacy families…but until I get the hang of blogging I’ll just stick with that! So, this blog for now, will chronicle my Legacy Family’s adventures! I hope you enjoy it!
